When we were in Virginia, we always made sure to do inspections and detailed reporting before buying any place, which saved us from a lot of trouble. Now, I’ve been seeing some really nice luxury homes in Izmir. They look great and are cheaper than Istanbul or Bodrum. Just like in Virginia, it’s important to check everything properly before making a move.
